They did improper work and tried to hide behind a 7 day labor warranty. They are crooks who over bill, don't warranty work and do improper work. Everything they did had to be fixed again. A tire shop that can't inflate tires to proper pressures or put on the correct bolts for new shocks.

Hands down the best shop in the West Memphis/ Olive Branch area. I handle Road Side breakdown issues for a fleet of 500 trucks and anytime I have a truck in that area I always steer clear of the T/A and Petro and route to Angels Truck service. Called the shop spoke to John. Explained to him how my driver was at Love's Truck stop near by. He couldn't move because the diesel pump was cracked Love's kept trying to send me to Freightliner. Glad i came across Specialized truck repair in Google. John got my truck towed to his shop for a reasonable prices. They got the part for me from freightliner and got it in the truck in half a day. Price was very reasonable and since they own the tow truck I got a good price on that. I highly recommend this shop If you are a OTR driver and are looking for a shop that won't take advantage of you.

Brought my truck in because the air vents were not working right. When I turned on my heat it would blow cold out the a/c vents. The tech Kevin had my dash tore apart and fix the problem and had it all back together in an hour. Thanks for the great job.

Went in for an oil change, found out that the oil pan was cracked and also there was damage to other parts of the car and so it turned out to be a very expensive repair. Took some extra time but was able to get all the needed parts in and car is now working great. Friendly service and quality job.
