What Is the Drivetrain?
The drivetrain consist of several small components that work together to deliver the power to the wheels to move your truck. When one of these components start to breakdown or fail, it can cause a significant effect on your truck's performance. The drivetrain consists of four basic parts; transmission, driveshaft, axle and differential. Fleet trucks experience a lot of hard work and wear and tear, which results in driveshafts being prone to issues.

Types of Drivetrain Repair
Most commonly seen issues with any component in the drivetrain is usually maintenance or the replacement of gears and bearings that have worn over time. If not properly taken care of, larger problems can occur and could result in needing a replacement of a larger drivetrain component. Servicing your truck's drivetrain with differential fluid and transmission fluid flushes is highly recommended. This shop is to be avoided, after waiting all day for repair and charged $800.00 the truck did not advance 1 mile, with the truck disabled on the side of the interstate, the shop made no effort to assist in the breakdown. Don't wast your time or money here.

Bad bad bad ,I think they get their mechanics license at good will ,had them exchange 4 batteries, sounds simple right, but not for them ,they hooked our apu unit back up wrong ,just found out they didn't hook our heat back up . Star leasing called hours said they our open till 7 pm central which is 8 pm eastern. Said they couldn’t get to me till morning. I guess customer service is out the window. Ohh well on to the next one
